SLING

Aerial sling, aka aerial hammock, is a captivating and versatile art form the combines elements of acrobatics, dance, and aerial performance while suspended from a large, strong fabric loop that is securely rigged above to provide support and flexibility. New students will learn the basics such as how to mount and dismount the apparatus, as well as explore a wide range of movements that include spins, inversions, rolls, and dynamic drops while creating beautiful shapes and sequences in the air.

LYRA

Aerial lyra, aka aerial hoop, is an exciting and dynamic art form that combines strength, flexibility, and grace while performing various poses, spins, and transitions on a large, circular metal hoop that’s securely suspended from above. New students will learn how to mount the hoop, hang from it, and perform fundamental moves like straddles, gazelles, and knee hangs.

SILKS

Aerial silks offers a unique and captivating aerial experience that allows you to defy gravity and express yourself creatively. It provides a combination of physical challenges, artistic expression, and a sense of accomplishment. Whether you're interested in fitness, performance, or simply exploring a new form of self-expression, aerial silks offers an exciting and rewarding journey.

POLE

Pole fitness, aka pole dancing, involves performing a series of acrobatic moves, spins, and poses on a vertical metal pole. It combines strength, flexibility, and dance techniques to create visually captivating routines. New students will start with the basic moves like spins, grips, and climbs that will gradually progress to more advanced tricks and combinations as strength, skills, and self- confidence increases.

AERIAL YOGA

This is a hybrid of traditional yoga poses performed while being supported by a lowered aerial sling that is suspended from a single point above. Aerial yoga is a great way to work on strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting overall whole-body wellness.

KIDS & TEENS

These classes are a perfect opportunity for your child or teen to flip, twist, swirl, and roll while building strength and self-confidence. The apparatuses offered for classes are sling, lyra, or silks.

CHAINS

Come get in touch with your inner badass! In this class you will learn how to use and work with aerial chain. Skin coverage and shoes are recommended but not required. This is an all-level class and beginners are welcome!

DANCE TRAPEZE

Dance Trapeze is a dynamic and expressive art form that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and aerial movement. Unlike traditional static or flying trapeze, aerial dance trapeze allows for fluid choreography, incorporating swings, spins, and weight shifts both above and below the bar. Students will build strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness while exploring creative movement in the air. Classes are suitable for all levels, with progressions tailored to individual skill development.

YOGA

Not quite ready to get into the air or are looking for some relaxation outside of your aerial practice? Reconnect with yourself through a gentle yet powerful practice designed to help you stay grounded, centered, and present. This class combines mindful movements, breathwork, and grounding poses to cultivate balance and inner calm. Whether you're looking to de-stress or deepen your practice, this session will leave you feeling rooted and refreshed. All levels welcome!

TAI CHI

Tai Chi, or taijiquan, is a Chinese Martial Art that focuses on the internal aspects of the body - specifically your Qi (energy or life force). It is an art that can be practiced by anyone of any age and experience, it helps build balance, flexibility, body awareness and gracefulness through a series of slow and controlled movements.

OPEN PRACTICE

Open practices are a great opportunity for you to get some additional self-guided practice time in. Pre-registration with the hosting instructor is required to attend. Apparatus rentals available upon booking for an additional fee.
