The Lab isn’t a class you drift into — it’s where you show up ready to dissect what’s holding you back and do the work that moves you forward. No pole sharing. No filler. Just time, space, and focused coaching built around what you came here to fix, build, or break through. Come prepared with your goals, your sticking points, or the skill that keeps haunting you. You’ll warm up, lift, test, sometimes fail, adjust, and try again — all with a coach who sees the details many people miss. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about researching your own body, understanding your goal moves, and translating between the two. Welcome to The Lab. Ages 18+, all levels, all genders.
